Job summary

Horizon Health is seeking a Full Time Regional Manager for the Central Region to oversee the day-to-day operations of medical and dental clinics within the region, including Wessington Springs and surrounding communities.

You will lead clinic staff, work with other leaders to set organizational strategies and quality initiatives, and coordinate the region's operations to align with Horizon Health’s mission and values, while supporting patient care and community wellness.

Horizon Health is seeking a Full Time Regional Manager for the Central Region. The Regional Manager will serve as a member of the Operations Management Team and oversees the day to day operations of an identified region of medical and dental clinics and to lead implementation of approved practices while supporting, motivating, and influencing the clinic teams. *The Central Region Includes Wessington Springs, Plankinton, Fort Thompson and Woonsocket.
