Job summary

Horizon Health is seeking a full-time Site Coordinator in the Eastern Region. The Site Coordinator will lead clinic operations, support the Regional Manager, and ensure day-to-day items run smoothly while keeping patient-centered care at the forefront.

This role emphasizes collaboration, staff development, scheduling, onboarding, and community events to strengthen health outcomes in the Howard area.

Qualifications

• Clinic coordination experience preferred.
• Experience leading front office teams and coordinating with regional management.

Horizon Health is seeking a full-time Site Coordinator in the Eastern Region. The Site Coordinator will serve as a leader within the clinic setting to assist with the day-to-day items as directed by the Regional Manager. Successful candidates for the Site Coordinator should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient centered care. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of change within the clinic while supporting the organizational message and keeping the staff motivated in an environment focused on building morale in a positive work environment.
• Be the leader for the front office teams. Model the behaviors that represent our mission, vision, and values, holding ourselves accountable to them and our policies and procedures.
• Assist the Regional Manager with organizing functions within the clinic, including but not limited to, resolving staff scheduling, staff onboarding, staff training, community/clinic events, equipment maintenance.
