Job Purpose:

The Site Coordinator is responsible for coordination of daily administrative and office functions for an active construction site including site mobilization and staff onboarding needs.

Essential Skills:

• Ensures site office operations remain organized, accurate, and responsive to project team needs.
• Independently manages routine operational needs while coordinating events and supporting mobilization readiness.
• Works closely with project teams, vendors, and leadership to maintain clear communication and effective coordination.
