Clune Construction in Washington, DC area is seeking a Safety Coordinator to partner with the Regional Safety Manager to uphold safety and environmental procedures, supporting profitability and productivity on jobsites.
You will conduct safety audits, drive incident investigations, participate in safety meetings, and guide planning with trade partners. A bachelor’s in safety/health or related field, OSHA 30, and First Aid/CPR/AED are preferred; 1–3 years of relevant experience.

The Safety Coordinator works with the Regional Safety Manager to ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures to assist in the achievement/execution of profitability/productivity on jobsites operating out of their office. The core job duties include conducting safety audits, evaluating and ensuring improvements for jobsite safety. The Safety Coordinator works closely with the Risk Management Department to mitigate claims by ensuring Safety is a priority on the project and when necessary will assist with incident investigations.
