Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks a Site Controller to lead all Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytics for a large e-commerce facility dedicated to one Customer. This high-visibility role reports to the Site Director and involves extensive interaction with senior leaders from DHL and Customer.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, labor management, and cost optimization while ensuring accurate month-end closes and compliance with service levels.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years prior Finance or Accounting experience required.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing or warehousing preferred.
• Strong systems skills: Oracle and Essbase, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytics for a large e-commerce facility.
• Budgeting, rolling forecast and capital expenditure approvals.
• Oversee labor planning and management; provide actionable insights from volume analyses.
• Month End Close, Accounts Payable and Receivable oversight.
