Job summary

CB&I in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Construction Supervisor to support field activities, ensuring safe, reliable site operations and adherence to company standards. You will establish construction plans, coordinate labor and materials, and maintain schedules with Project Managers and customers.

The role requires 3+ years of supervision, a bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, and knowledge of OSHA/API/ASME standards. Travel to project sites may be required within the first year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent construction knowledge.
• 3+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, API, ASME, AWWA or similar standards; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support site construction activities, materials supply, staffing and tool coordination.
• Establish detailed construction plans and schedules to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental programs.
• Direct trades, manage labor scope, and supervise payroll submissions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, customers and site personnel daily.
