Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Superintendent to coordinate work across Ryan employees, subcontractors, and project management on site. You will enforce safety programs, manage budgets, and train staff to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The role involves directing foremen, trades, and project teams while maintaining quality and schedule adherence. The position requires post-secondary construction education, drug testing, and strong leadership, with responsibility for safety,

Qualifications

• Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Documentation / file management.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenges.
• Know when to ask for help when tasks exceed skills.
• Strong meeting management skills.
• Team player with team-building skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans and provide direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop a site-specific safety program and administer project safety per Ryan safety policies.
• Manage subcontractors in the performance of their work per contract.
• Develop and track a CPM schedule and monitor progress.
• Assist in development and review of the overall construction budget and keep the project within budget.
• Assist with material procurement.
• Establish and monitor the project Quality Control program.
• Daily documentation and file/print management.
• Hold, prepare, and document required meetings.
