Job summary

Harbor Compute, Inc. is seeking a Site TPM to own the Dallas-area campus delivery from pre-construction to commissioning.

Based on-site, you will lead design, permitting, bid, build, commissioning and closeout, and serve as the connective tissue between internal teams, general contractors, trades, design and engineering, JV partners, and the customer. The role requires 7+ years of large construction or infrastructure project experience, hands-on CSA/MEP coordination, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing large construction or infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on CSA and MEP coordination experience.
• Knowledge of contract types and construction invoicing.
• Experience leading multi-party projects on compressed timelines.
• Ability to work on site full time in the Waco, Texas area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project day to day on site with key stakeholders.
• Represent project status and risks to customers and suppliers.
• Drive all phases from pre-construction to team selection and pre-bid planning.
• Manage general contractors, vendors, and PM resources across delivery models.
• Bridge design with field delivery; own design docs and change management.
• Build and manage the schedule and budget with site leads and central team.
• Flag risks early; oversee contractor safety per Harbor standards.
• Lead commissioning and handoff to customer and operations.
