Job summary

APSI Construction Management seeks a Construction Manager/Administrator for on-site management at the VA West Haven Medical Center. The role supports EHRM infrastructure upgrades with a three-year horizon, overseeing operations, renovations, and new construction elements.

The CM-CA will work with VA staff to manage project scope, schedule, and cost, maintain records, and ensure QA/qc. Requires 3+ years CM experience and OSHA 30, with a preference for CM/Engineering backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of CM field experience on similar projects.
• Completion of 30-hour OSHA Safety Training.
• Working knowledge of construction practices and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site management for EHRM construction projects.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, design reviews, and cost control.
• Attend progress meetings and maintain project records.
• Monitor quality assurance and oversee subcontractor work.
