Job summary

Cirks Construction Inc. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee operations on the construction site and to lead the construction process in collaboration with the Project Manager from planning through completion.

You will supervise and coordinate construction activities, deploy materials and equipment, and manage on-site labor while ensuring a clean, organized job site and adherence to specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations on the construction site and lead the construction process with the Project Manager from planning through completion.
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including deployment of materials and equipment.
• Oversee on‑site labor (time and break tracking), ensure a clean and organized job site, and follow specifications.
• Manage construction schedule, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects remain on schedule while performing duties as assigned.
• Manage relationships with customer representatives and ensure the project complies with all guidelines set by the Company and the client.
• Responsible for quality control and ensuring safety procedures and compliance are observed at the job site.
