Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading or coordinating a labor force in construction or aerospace.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with a construction trade skill.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management of a fast-paced construction project.
• Manage a team for site logistics, schedules, progress, quality, and resources.
• Plan and enforce site logistics to meet broader project goals and schedule.
• Manage construction assets (trailers, restrooms, equipment).
• Implement SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture on site.
• Coordinate field operations and resolve contractor/internal issues.
• Track deliveries, inventory, and staging of materials.
• Ensure site cleanliness and maintain barricades and SWPP compliance.
• Create and maintain worker and subcontractor schedules with engineering teams.
• Maintain daily job site logs and report to management.
