Job summary

Parkway Maintenance & Management Pinellas Llc in Clearwater, FL seeks a Construction Foreman to supervise field crews and assist the Assistant Superintendent in managing construction, maintenance, and repair activities.

You will direct daily work, coordinate equipment and materials, enforce safety rules, prepare field drawings and work orders, and communicate with property owners and contractors as needed in a fast paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Four years of experience involving the construction, maintenance, and repair of structures and related elements.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred, or combination of experience and education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Florida driver license.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew activities to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate daily use of construction department equipment and oversee inventory of tools and materials.
• Enforce safety regulations and assist in traffic control when needed.
• Create, document, assign, and close work orders; report incidents as required.
• Communicate with property owners, contractors, and other departments as directed.
• Read and interpret engineering specifications and drawings; prepare field drawings as needed.
