Job summary

You will report to the Surface Construction Manager, mentor field staff, and ensure adherence to HSE policies while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification with 8+ years of supervisory/management construction experience.
• Experience as General Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and scheduling tools.
• Experience in industrial construction safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams to ensure safety, schedule and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with contractors to meet HSE and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
• Conduct constructability reviews and plan execution.
