The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, at least 7 years of related experience, and a Professional Engineer license. The role includes diverse responsibilities, from client meetings to leadership development within the team.

Qualifications

• 7 years related experience, including minimum 2 years in project management.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the relevant licensing board.
• Experience with architectural/engineering firms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to share benefits of working with the HDR team.
• Facilitate development of scope, schedule, and budget for proposals.
• Prepare and maintain Project Management Plan documents.
