Job summary

Goodwyn Mills and Cawood, Inc. (GMC) seeks an Engineering Project Manager in Tampa to lead multi‑disciplinary projects from design through closeout. The role emphasizes client relations, budgeting, scheduling, and adherence to firm delivery standards.

Candidates will apply knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, GIS and MS Office, mentoring staff and coordinating with cross‑discipline teams across office locations. A PE license and 10+ years of experience are preferred to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering from ABET accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• 10+ years of experience, preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the firm’s values and project delivery standards.
• Manages scope, budgets, and schedules for projects across phases.
• Develops client relationships and supports business development.
• Leads cross‑discipline teams and coordinates with sub consultants.
