Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Co-op or internship experience in a related field preferred.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred or ability to obtain licensure.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and apply standards for site civil projects across residential, commercial, institutional and infrastructure sectors.
• Apply principles of Civil Engineering, Site development, and Hydraulics/Hydrology.
• Under PM supervision, perform in-depth civil design tasks and develop complete plan sets.
• Deep understanding of Civil3D as the primary design tool for plans.
• Edit specifications and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Assist in determining project schedules and work requirements.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication; coordinate with team members.
