Senior Civil Engineer Site Design (Water)

Location: Greenville, SC | Full-time | 5+ Years of Experience

Willing to provide relocation assistance.

Compensation: $100K-$140K base + benefits + relocation assistance (if needed)

Overview:

Join a cutting-edge team as a Senior Civil Engineer focused on site development for treatment plants. You will be responsible for grading, drainage, stormwater permitting, and hydrologic analysis across large municipal infrastructure sites. This role is ideal for someone ready to lead complex site design efforts with autonomy and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead site civil design for treatment facilities (grading, drainage, H&H).
2. Prepare yard piping plans with hydraulic modeling and coordination.
3. Guide permitting processes for stormwater, floodplain, and grading.
4. Collaborate with internal teams on construction planning and design reviews.
5. Mentor junior engineers and uphold design standards.

Qualifications:

• PE License (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Engineering
• 5+ years of site civil design experience for water/wastewater infrastructure
• Familiarity with Civil 3D, permitting processes, and large-scale layouts
• CFM Certification and Master's degree preferred
