WithersRavenel is seeking a Civil Professional I (EIT) in Raleigh to support site civil land development, assist design development, and help deliver client-ready plans.

Graduating in December 2026 or May 2027, you will gain mentorship from senior engineers, work with project managers, and enjoy a hybrid schedule with about three days in the office.

This early-career role emphasizes growth, collaboration, and hands-on experience shaping communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0-1+ years of related professional experience (internships and co-ops considered).
• Exposure to and/or experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, or related design software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to take direction.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines.

As part of our Site Civil Land Development Team in Raleigh, you’ll support project engineers, contribute to design development, solve technical challenges, and help deliver high-quality plans. This role is perfect for early-career civil engineers who are eager to learn, collaborate, and grow!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
