Job Openings Water/Wastewater Engineer in Training (EIT)

Join our team as a Water/Wastewater Engineer in Training (EIT) within our Utilities practice area. This is a hybrid role based out of our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

In this role, you’ll support the planning, analysis, and design of water and wastewater infrastructure systems while contributing to meaningful projects that serve growing communities. Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll gain hands‑on technical experience, develop project delivery skills, and continue progressing in your professional career.

This position is ideal for a recent college graduate or early‑career professional eager to gain hands‑on experience in water/wastewater infrastructure.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred:
  • FE Exam in progress/completed. Possibly already an EI/EIT.
  • EI/EIT certification or ability to obtain.
  • Internship experience in field of expertise.
  • Exposure to graphic or visualization software.

Working Conditions
