Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Site Civil Engineer to join our team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will lead and manage civil projects from concept through delivery, oversee design for grading, drainage, and utilities, and ensure quality assurance on all deliverables. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, an active PE license, and a minimum of 4 years of experience. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil/site design, land development, or civil infrastructure.
• Active PE license required (or ability to obtain within six months if applicable).
• Strong experience with grading, drainage, and utility design.
