Job summary

HDR is seeking a Site Civil/Land Development EIT/Coordinator (Buildings) to support the Building Engineering Services Group. The role focuses on site studies, design, and coordination of civil/site components for diverse projects, including data centers and commercial environments.

You will work with MicroStation/AutoCAD and related civil software, contributing to analysis, grading, drainage, and utility layouts while collaborating with other engineers to deliver effective, code-compliant

Qualifications

Must be an active participant in our employee-owned culture.
Willing to obtain EIT if not already held.
Familiar with MicroStation and AutoCAD.
Experience with civil engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation/InfraWorks/Civil 3D/OpenFlows.

Responsibilities

Assist Senior Engineer with site studies, site designs, contract documentation prep and graphic presentation.
Perform site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage.
Handle routine engineering tasks using standard techniques.
Complete projects with defined objectives and limited variables.
Provide administrative support for civil/site projects.
Work independently on small projects or assist senior engineers on larger projects.
