Job summary

HDR is seeking a Civil Designer to join our Building Engineering Services Group. You will design site civil components, develop drawings in Civil 3D, and coordinate with BIM models to support high-performance facilities and infrastructure projects.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, apply Revit to coordinate with Civil 3D, and use ACC for project collaboration. This full-time role emphasizes precision, collaboration, and delivering compliant civil documents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in site civil design.
• Proficiency with 3D design software and document management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers and multi-discipline teams.
• Apply Civil 3D and Bluebeam Revu for redline markups.
• Produce site civil construction documents for diverse clients.
• Develop site layout, grading, drainage, and utilities in Civil 3D.
• Create surface and utility models and maintain file organization.
• Coordinate Civil 3D with BIM models in Revit.
• Utilize ACC for collaboration and document management.
