Job summary

HDR is seeking a Site Civil CAD Lead in Denver, CO to guide the site civil team within the Building Engineering Services group. The role focuses on land development, grading, utilities, storm drainage, and digital delivery processes using BIM and CAD tools, coordinating with multi-discipline designers and project managers.

You will mentor staff, manage model health, enforce project standards, and ensure efficient digital deliverables across the lifecycle from planning through construction

Qualifications

Technical degree or equivalent education/experience.
Minimum of 5 years digital design with BIM element authoring.
Strong understanding of discipline interactions and construction docs.

Responsibilities

Lead site civil team and manage digital model environment at project level.
Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces and production of construction docs.
Assist in establishing Digital Delivery Plan and server infrastructure.
Support production teams through lifecycle with CAD/Revit coordination and standards.
Provide technical support on grading, piping, layers and workflow.
Mentor staff and guide Project Managers for project needs.
Ensure model health and adherence to standards across projects.
Oversee document management system and multi-discipline server access.
