HDR is seeking a Site Civil Digital Design Specialist to join our Building Site Civil team in Louisville, KY. You will model discipline elements in Civil 3D, maintain the BIM model, generate outputs per the Digital Delivery Plan, and coordinate with engineers and architects to meet project scope, schedule and budget.

You will prepare detailed drawings and diagrams, ensure accurate annotations, and manage project information, coordinates, scales, and sheets throughout the lifecycle.

Competenze

• Technical degree or a minimum of 3 years related industry experience.
• Technically qualified with Civil 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Competency in Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
• Experience with Civil 3D Coordination tools.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits are essential.
• Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.

Mansioni

• Model the discipline and will generate the BIM elements based on the LOD in the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project scope.
• Create and maintain the discipline model, systems, content, and overall digital delivery output.
• Accurately model BIM elements in Civil 3D within the modeling environment constraints.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams using Civil 3D.
• Maintain the discipline model including project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, and sheets.
• Produce discipline-specific documentation with accurate annotations on all modeling output.
