HDR, Inc. is seeking a Site Civil BIM Designer in the United States to develop and maintain discipline BIM models in line with the Digital Delivery Plan.

You will work under supervision and collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to produce accurate 3D models and documentation. The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, strong familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and BIM workflows, and excellent communication skills to ensure model health and project

Qualifications

• Technical degree or a minimum of 3 years related industry experience.
• Competent with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
• Experience with 3D coordination tools and cross-discipline collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Work for a specific discipline under supervision of Architect/Engineer or other professional.
• Be responsible for discipline model and generate BIM elements per LOD in the DDP and project scope.
• Create and maintain the discipline model, systems, content, and digital delivery output.
• Model BIM elements accurately in the current software with correct constraints.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams within project scope, schedule, and budget.
