Job summary

HDR is seeking a Site Civil Digital Design Specialist to develop and maintain the civil BIM model using Civil 3D, under supervision of an Engineer. You will create detailed drawings and ensure correct discipline outputs per the Digital Delivery Plan, coordinating with other teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or a minimum of 3 years related industry experience.
• Technically qualified with Civil 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
• Experience with Civil 3D Coordination tools.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits are essential.
• Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.

Responsibilities

• Generate BIM elements for the site civil discipline.
• Create and maintain the discipline model and associated drawings.
• Model BIM elements in Civil 3D according to the Digital Delivery Plan.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, diagrams within project scope, schedule and budget.
• Maintain the discipline model, project information, coordinates, scales, views and sheets.
• Coordinate with architects or engineers for project guidance.
