Job summary

HDR is seeking a Site Civil Digital Design Specialist to join our Louisville team. You will model and deliver civil BIM elements using Civil 3D under supervision, contributing to the Digital Delivery Plan and project scope.

The role requires a technical degree or 3+ years experience, proficiency in Civil 3D and 3D coordination tools, strong communication, and meticulousness as part of a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or 3 years related industry experience.
• Proficient with Civil 3D and document management infrastructure.
• Strong Microsoft Office and communication skills.
• Experience with 3D coordination tools.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Model and maintain discipline BIM elements per the Digital Delivery Plan and project scope.
• Create and maintain the discipline model, systems, content, and overall digital delivery output.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams within project scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with architect, engineer, or other professionals for project direction.
• Produce discipline-specific documentation with accurate annotations on modeling outputs.
