Job summary

MODWASH LLC is seeking a General Manager for one of its Kissimmee, FL sites. The GM acts as the CEO of the site, owning results, leading the team, and upholding ModWash standards and strategy.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, labor, revenue, guest satisfaction, and member growth while safeguarding the brand and driving operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership and decision-making abilities to ensure safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must create and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Recruit, train, and develop attendants and junior managers.
• Trained to perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Manage chemical inventory, scheduling, labor costs, and equipment functionality.
• Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, scheduling, and employee relations per policy.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the business and operations.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Prioritize safety and security, train staff accordingly.
• Lead with a sales mindset to drive performance and guest experience.
• Participate in hiring/training of hourly team members.
• Conduct timely, constructive performance evaluations.
