Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Project Manager/Engineer Manager to lead site-level CAPEX projects in Atlanta, USA. You will oversee concept to asset capitalization, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and operations to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time delivery.

Requirements include a technical bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of multi-disciplinary project leadership, with PMP and SAP-S4 knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field (Architecture, Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• 7+ years’ experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and capital projects.
• PMP certification preferred; SAP-S4 knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPS ABBP non-strategic CAPEX projects from concept to asset capitalization.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, milestones, and execution plans.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, and service providers to meet project goals.
• Ensure safety, environmental, quality, legal and compliance standards are met.
