Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Senior Production Project Engineer to lead CAPEX projects across multiple sites, directing scope, bids, schedules and budgets. You will coordinate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment capability and efficiency, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

This role is based in Fruitland, Idaho, requiring strong engineering expertise, SAP procurement knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years without degree.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, water handling, mechanical, automation systems.
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards in beverage environments.
• Experience using SAP for purchase orders and procurement.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage CAPEX projects across multiple sites.
• Oversee vendors/contractors, safety, and project execution.
• Manage scope, bids/quotes, schedules, and total project budgets.
• Maintain as-built drawings, plant blueprints, and permitting records.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment performance.
• Lead OEM commissioning and punch list activities; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Build relationships with vendors, city officials, and design groups.
• Ensure KPIs and budgets align with business objectives.
