Job summary

Clayco SEI is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex building systems projects nationwide from the construction site. You’ll oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost control, coordinating self-perform and subcontracted scopes, managing contracts and buyouts, and communicating expectations to field teams.

The role requires working across structural, mechanical, and electrical trades with travel to sites, onboarding new staff, and maintaining schedule integrity from start-up to turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects ($25+ million) ideally design-build.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, buyouts, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish budget, timeline, quality control and project execution plans.
• Coordinate site logistics and permit procedures.
• Oversee self-perform and subcontracted installation scopes and contracts.
• Manage cost control, change orders, and submittals.
• Ensure owner and contract requirements are enforced on site.
• Lead project team communication and progress tracking.
