Ledcor is seeking a driven Project Coordinator to support mine-site operations across U.S. locations. This site-based role involves traveling to mining locations to work with field teams, ensuring daily activities run smoothly and safely.

You will coordinate planning, production tracking, and logistics while contributing to high‑performance mining projects. Strong communication and field leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in field engineering, project coordination, or similar mining role.
• Experience supporting multi‑phase mining or resource projects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, construction management, mining technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Interpret mine plans, drawings, and project specs to support field supervisors and crews.
• Perform quantity calculations, production tracking, and daily progress reporting.
• Assist in developing shift plans, work packages, and sequencing for mine-site activities.
• Support surveying and layout tasks, including control points and as‑built data collection.
• Compile daily labor timesheets, production logs, and operational reports.
• Participate in safety reviews, toolbox talks, and site safety meetings.
• Coordinate and schedule materials, consumables, and equipment to meet timelines.
• Assist with organizing crews, equipment assignments, and work-area logistics.
• Provide oversight and coordination support to field operations and contractor activities.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and assist with technical documentation.
