Job summary

ERock in El Paso, TX, is seeking a disciplined and technically strong Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance execution at an assigned power generation facility. You will build and sustain a high-performing maintenance organization focused on safe, reliable, and efficient operation of generation and balance-of-plant equipment.

This site-based role owns maintenance strategy, planning, and execution, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in maintenance within power generation or a similar industrial environment.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance operations.
• Strong understanding of maintenance programs, planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for reporting, documentation, and system use.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance personnel to safely execute maintenance activities.
• Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Plan, schedule, and ensure timely maintenance delivery.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive reliability improvements.
• Ensure maintenance documentation is complete in CMMS.
• Coordinate outages and ensure parts, tools, resources.
• Promote safety culture and enforce PPE and environmental requirements.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and resource allocation.
• Support inventory and material management to ensure availability of critical spare parts.
