Job summary

Savers / Value Village is hiring a GreenDrop Attendant–Floater to support donor traffic and donation processing at our locations in the United States. You will interact with donors, assist with unloading donations, and help keep the site organized and clean.

The role is full-time with a set Sunday to Thursday schedule and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Training is provided to ensure excellent donor service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced donation setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for donor interactions.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors warmly and process donations using the bin and iPad.
• Assist donors with donations and help unload vehicles.
• Organize donations in the stock room and keep areas clean.
• Maintain site cleanliness inside and outside the location.
• Assist truck driver during donation pickups.
• Follow manager directions and perform other duties as assigned.
