Title:Site Admin AssistantJob Description:25-26/hr7am-3:30pmJob OverviewThe Site Admin Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.Support site managers with employee programs and servicesCoordinate and organize manager’s schedule and make appointments with admin softwareGreet scheduled visitors and conduct them to appropriate area or personOrganize and maintain file system, files correspondence, and other recordsAnswer and screen manager's telephone calls, give information to callers, and arrange conference callsRead and route incoming mailPrepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxesArrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservationsConduct research, compile, and type statistical reportsCoordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve, and prepare facilities, and record/transcribe minutes of meetingsMake copies of correspondence or other printed materialsOrder and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenanceQualificationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
