Job summary

You will work with the Site Activation Manager, Project Management and other departments to ensure regulatory documents and study materials are accurate and on time.

Responsibilities include preparing site documents, informing teams of completions, distributing documents, and maintaining project plans and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform feasibility, site activation and some maintenance activities in assigned studies.
• Prepare site documents and review for completeness and accuracy.
• Inform team members of completion of regulatory and other documents for individual sites.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members.
• Support updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, and project plans.
• Review, track and follow up on progress and approval of required documents.
