Job summary

IQVIA seeks a remote Site Activation support role to serve as the Single Point of Contact for investigative sites, SAMs and the project team. You will drive regulatory document preparation and ensure SOP adherence across activations.

The role focuses on site start-up/activation activities, document distribution, and maintaining systems to track timelines and deliverables. Strong regulatory knowledge and SOP discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Single Point of Contact for investigative sites, SAM, PM teams and other departments.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, WIs, deliverables and timelines.
• Provide local expertise to SAMs during project timeline planning.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC in assigned studies for sites, SAM, PM team and others.
• Ensure SOP/WI adherence and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Perform start up and site activation activities per regulations and instructions.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal teams.
• Prepare site regulatory documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal systems and trackers with project information.
