Job summary

The company seeks a Site Activation professional to execute feasibility, site initiation and maintenance activities at regional or country level, preparing site documents and coordinating with sites and sponsors.

Under moderate supervision, you will track documents, manage timelines, and liaise with the project team.

Qualifications

• Based in Argentina or Brazil and working with North American sites.
• Bachelor’s Degree Life sciences or related field required.
• 1–3 years of clinical research supporting site activation/regulatory tasks.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for feasibility, site activation and some maintenance activities.
• Prepare and review site documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Inform team of completion of regulatory and other documents for individual sites.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and project team members.
• Update internal systems, trackers, timelines and project plans with project data.
• Track progress and execution of documents such as CDAs, regulatory, ethics, ICF and IP release.
