Job summary

Candidates should have a life sciences degree and 3+ years in clinical research, including leadership exposure. This role involves maintaining systems, reporting metrics, and occasional sponsor contact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life science or related field required.
• 3 years clinical research experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience required.
• 3 years clinical research experience, including 1 year in a leadership capacity required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in assigned studies for sites, SAM, PM team and other departments, ensuring SOP/WIs adherence and timelines.
• Perform feasibility, site ID, start up and site activation activities per regulations, SOPs and instructions.
• Prepare site documents and review for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal systems, databases and tracking tools with project information.
• Review site performance metrics and provide feedback to management.
• Plan and agree on project timelines and ensure monitoring and contingency measures.
• Inform team of completion of feasibility, site ID, regulatory and contractual documents.
• Track and follow up document approvals, regulatory, ethics, ICF, and IP releases within timelines.
• Provide local expertise to SAMs and project team during initial and ongoing planning.
• Perform quality control of documents provided by sites.
• May have direct contact with sponsors on specific initiatives.
