Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation Lead to direct the execution of strategic, operational, and financial delivery of site activation activities across multiple countries within a region. You will ensure fast site activation for patient enrollment in alignment with the Site Activation Management Plan.

The role requires a Life Science degree, 3+ years in a clinical environment, and strong project management and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life Science or related field.
• 3+ years relevant experience in a scientific or clinical environment.
• Demonstrable international/global role experience.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical systems, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning and project oversight to accelerate site activation.
• Oversee Start Up and lifecycle maintenance per strategy and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions/countries to deliver project scope.
• Develop, implement and maintain the Site Activation Management Plan.
• Assess regulatory landscape and provide regulatory intelligence for studies.
• Deliver presentations/trainings to clients and colleagues.
• Maintain internal systems, databases, and project plans.
