Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation Lead to direct the strategic, operational and financial delivery of activation activities for assigned studies. You will oversee Site ID, ethics, regulatory processes and contracting while ensuring timelines and regulatory compliance.

The role requires collaboration with regions and multiple countries to drive fast site activation for patient enrollment. Bring a life science degree and at least 3 years of clinical experience, with strong knowledge of ICH-GCP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of scientific or clinical experience.
• Experience in international roles or cross-country collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of clinical systems, procedures and standards.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and regulatory environments.
• Broad understanding of clinical research and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email applications.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and delegate when needed.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage Site Activation activities including site ID, ethics, regulatory processes and contracting.
• Provide strategic planning and project oversight to accelerate site activation for patient enrollment.
• Oversee Start Up and Lifecycle Maintenance activities within timelines and ICH-GCP compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across regions and countries.
• Prepare and maintain Site Activation Management Plan and related documentation.
• Develop regulatory strategy and support bid/proposal processes and execution.
• Monitor project plans, timelines and internal systems for accuracy.
• Deliver updates to study teams and senior leadership as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with IQVIA customers and participate in client trainings.
