Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation Project Lead to direct and manage the strategic, operational, and financial delivery of activation activities across regions. You will oversee Site ID/Selection, ethics, regulatory processes, and site contracting for assigned studies.

The role requires strong project management, regulatory acumen, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely activation and study success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related field required.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in scientific/clinical environments.
• Experience in an international role or equivalent.
• Knowledge of clinical systems, procedures, and corporate standards.
• Strong medical terminology and regulatory knowledge.
• Broad knowledge of clinical research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to delegate effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning and project oversight to accelerate Site Activation and patient enrollment.
• Support/pre-award and bid defense activities.
• Oversee Start Up and Lifecycle Maintenance for assigned projects per the startup strategy and timelines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation across regions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project scope per plan.
• Assess regulatory landscape and provide regulatory intelligence to support studies.
• Deliver updates to study teams and senior staff as required.
• Maintain internal systems, databases, and project plans with accurate data.
• Develop and review technical/administrative docs to support business development.
• Lead relationships with IQVIA customers and provide client presentations or training as needed.
