Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid – Tue/Wed/Thu in office)

Duration: 12+ months

Pay: $55-60/HR

Must Have

• Small cell deployment, new build & modification experience (wireless industry)
• Knowledge of Public Right of Way & Private Property wireless projects
• Excel, project management & negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Drive project completion & site acquisition
• Track vendor performance & manage budgets
• Handle leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental & regulatory compliance
• Lead deployment calls with vendors, third parties & project teams

Nice to Have

• Systems: 1ERP, ESA, SPM (Fuze)
• Real estate license
