Job summary

CoWorx is seeking a Sit-Down Forklift Propane Operator for our Buckeye, AZ distribution center. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, handling loading, unloading, and stacking in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of forklift experience, be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain one, pass a background and drug screen, and possess basic computer skills to use inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Two years of forklift operating experience required; licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass a background and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of WMS HighJump is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and/or transport materials and products to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor.

The forklift operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of powered industrial equipment, moving, loading, unloading, and stacking products to meet shipping and receiving demands.
