Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating sit-down forklift.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a stand-up forklift or reach truck.
• Ability to safely maneuver equipment in narrow aisles and high-bay racking environments.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety.
• Ability to perform basic warehouse functions, including scanning, picking, and material movement.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English for training and safety purposes.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Join our Team in Marlborough, MA! We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will operate both sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks to move materials, pick customer orders, and load and unload trailers. The ideal candidate has strong equipment handling skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift details: 5 AM – 3:30 PM Wednesday – Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks during daily warehouse operations.

• Load and unload trailers while ensuring pallet stability and product integrity.
