Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator for our warehouse operations on the night shift. You will safely operate a sit-down forklift to move orders, load and unload pallets, and assist with case picking as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely.
• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification preferred.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work nights.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklift to move orders.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct labeling discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the correct bays to keep the warehouse moving.
• Tackle other duties within training and capability.

As a Forklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to make sure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored. Every day you’ll make a tangible impact on the supply chain, helping us deliver excellence across the globe!

• Pay Range: $20.28 per hour + $0.75 per hour shift differential
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. (Schedule starts Monday night at 11:00 p.m.)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operate sit‑down forklift to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
