Job summary

Staffmark in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Sit Down Forklift Operator to move heavy materials and keep production flowing smoothly. You’ll be part of a friendly team working on a weekend schedule with a stable, hourly wage.

The role offers a weekend shift (6 AM–4 PM on Sat/Sun) plus two weekday shifts (12 PM–10 PM). Pay is $18.50 per hour with weekly deposits and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and an optional 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months forklift experience.
• Ability to read work orders, scan, and label like a pro.
• Reliable, on time, ready every shift.
• Check lift, follow safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift to move heavy materials and support production flow.
• Follow work orders and labeling procedures to ensure accurate inventory.
