Job summary

Indorama Ventures Intermediate Chemicals seeks an Instrument/Electrical SIS Engineer to drive SIS lifecycle management and project implementation at our manufacturing site. You will develop and steward project systems, coordinating with project engineers, area process control system engineers, area reliability engineers, SIS engineers, and PSM teams.

Responsibilities include design verification, scope-of-work development, startup support, and participation in Process Safety Management studies.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Computer, Control Systems, or Chemical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of I/E and SIS project engineering experience required.
• CSFE/CSFP certification required or in process to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide design engineering support for projects.
• Develop scope of work details for instrument and electrical discipline including shutdown maintenance and proof testing of IPL equipment.
• Area I&E (shutdown) support for execution of testing and maintenance.
• Lead project teams as required and be responsible for project success (cost, timing, quality).
• Participate in Process Safety Engineering Team to manage the Facility’s SIS life cycle phases and SIL design/implementation.
