Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with Batch Operations and Batch management.
- 10+ years in Process Control/Process Engineering in petrochemical/refining industries.
- Experience with Delta-V or Foxboro I/A DCS.
Responsibilities
- Develops SME expertise in batch controls and batch manager.
- Maintains control narratives and safety system narratives for licensing packages.
- Provides design support for Licensing Process Design Packages.
- Supports DCS and SIS startup, site tests, and plant commissioning.
- Mentors other process control engineers.
- Coordinates with APC engineers to ensure proper control schemes.
- Identifies and implements solutions to improve plant performance.
- Supports safety and alarm management policies.
