Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with Batch Operations and Batch management.
• 10+ years in Process Control/Process Engineering in petrochemical/refining industries.
• Experience with Delta-V or Foxboro I/A DCS.

Responsibilities

• Develops SME expertise in batch controls and batch manager.
• Maintains control narratives and safety system narratives for licensing packages.
• Provides design support for Licensing Process Design Packages.
• Supports DCS and SIS startup, site tests, and plant commissioning.
• Mentors other process control engineers.
• Coordinates with APC engineers to ensure proper control schemes.
• Identifies and implements solutions to improve plant performance.
• Supports safety and alarm management policies.
