Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Solid understanding of system architecture and design trade-offs; testing, build and release processes for complex software.
• 6+ years of project management in software development, ML or related industry experience.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, distinguish urgent from important and defend tradeoffs.
• Experience leading and shipping multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience driving features that involve integration with multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive programs and/or projects, including leading feature definition, system architecture, timelines and milestones.
• Manage risk and ensure on-time delivery of features.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering and QA to deliver highly integrated experiences.
• Provide clear, timely, concise, and objective program status updates and mitigations.
• As an EPM, coordinate discussions to align engineering, design and other teams.
